Low battery maybe? A really cheap volt-ohm-meter would be your best friend about now.

I now have 2500miles 4000kms on my HSUN 200gy. This week has been difficult with the rear tire. Last week i had a flat and had to get a tow and then saturday afternoon I had another flat with a NEW tube! There wasnt any puncture through the tire at all!! I was delivering pizzas when it happened and somehow got a hold of a motorcycle shop that was open on saturday and got a new tube. One of the guys at work came and picked me up with his truck. Got back to the store and did a tube replacement. I noticed on both of the tubes that went flat, a sort of a small scrape with some punctures on the side of the tube. Wondering if maybe there is something in the tire causing this. Tomorrow I am going to take my newest tube out to see if I can spot the problem. -Cory

Inspect the inside of the tire for debris and also the inside of the rim.

Maybe it was "pinched" while putting the tire back on the rim?

Dont think it was pinched cause 3 different tubes (including the original) had a scrape in the exact same spot. I ran my hand through the whole tire and felt nothing and ran my hand over the inside of the rim and didnt feel or see anything. I did notice that the "scrape" isnt on the inside part of the tube that touches the rim, it is only on the part that the tire touches. -Cory

Ok, I tried tapping on the solenoid but it just will click one time every time I push the start button. The wires all look secure. As for my tail light, I did find the problem. Looks like the green/yellow stripe wire and the brown wire came undone. http://chinariders.net/gallery2/main...serialNumber=1

As for my tube... I felt the entire inside of the rear tire and didnt feel anything that would have caused the scrape. It doesnt seem like the scrape is on the part of the tube that touches the rim. Here is the picture.

So I need a Solenoid for my HSUN 200gy. That is the reason my starter wont start. Does anyone know where to get one? Thanks -Cory

If your in a hurry, try one for a lawnmower. Should be about 10 or 15 bucks and easy to find. May have to get creative mounting it. Others will chime in as this seems to be somewhat common.
