Trailmaster Blazer Parts questions

Hey guys, I'm a new owner of a Trailmaster Blazer 4 150x I ordered from PowerSportsMax. So far everything looks pretty good except for a few tiny issues...

The horn actually looks like it's on the steering wheel (most of the videos in my research had it on the dash) which I thought was cool, but the horn button is missing a terminal.

I am also missing three bolts for the seat belts.

I've got an email out to PowerSportsMax to see if they can help also, but just in case I wanted to reach out and see if anyone knew where I might be able to source these parts, or possibly how to repair the horn button.

I can upload a pic of the steering wheel/horn also if that would help. It's a fairly fancy looking wheel with "MEEDO" on it.
