I read over the few threads I found about tubes for the Rx3, but I still can't, for the life of me figure out which tubes I need for front and back.

I use IRC tubes. Here is info on the OEM tubes and IRC replacements:

OEM CST Tires
Front - 100/90-18
Rear - 130/70-17
OEM Tubes (For OEM CST Tires)
Front - 3.00/3.25-18
Rear - 130/70-17

IRC Tubes (For OEM CST Tires)
Front - IRC T20062
Rear - IRC T20051
