advice on brake bleeding

Like it says, need some advice...got a new mastercylinder on the way for the front brake...hose is fine, caliper appears fine, but the master wont let loose all the way.... So that will be fixed soon hopefully...

The only point that comes to mind (aside from standard bleeding procedure) is to make sure that the caliper bleeder is the highest point of the caliper. IOW, the bleeder is usually pointed at an angle when the caliper is mounted, so you might need to remove one mounting screw and rotate the caliper. As long as the bleeder screw is vertical, you should be good to go.
