Member 'Eddyfx' registered his Roketa at a place called "Cash and More 2" on Bell Road in the Phoenix area. There is a Cash and More 1 in the Phoenix area as well.

I was having difficulties registering my Jetmoto/Alpine in Yuma. I would have had to bond the title at a bond place for an additional $125 or so (to prove to the state of AZ that I was in fact the owner). I had to go to Phoenix for other things, so brought my MSO/bill of sale and stopped in. (Cash and MOre is a check cashing/pawn/cash advance place that is also an offsite Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) office. They do everything that the MVD does for $10 or $15 over what the state charges. I walked out within 15 minutes with a license plate and one year registration. Unless you buy from a true road -legal dealer, look up a Cash and More.
