I contacted them by telephone. They have the forks I need at a very reasonable price, and their ups shipping cost is also very reasonable. I might buy someone's used forks. However, if I decide to purchase new forks, I'm always looking for the best deal. Does anyone else know another parts vendor who sells Chinese USD forks?

The new forks are a different design from my original ZS200GY-2 forks. The new forks will accomodate the newer, better, front brake caliper which comes with the newer Chinese, dual sport bikes. I can buy a new, "hocky puck" brake caliper from Taobao for about $10, plus shipping. But I am seriously considering the switch to new forks, and the newer brake caliper, shown below.
