I downloaded those and didn't see a diagram. Don't need a harness, but thank you

There are diagrams at the end of the following manuals;

ATV-3125C-2/CX-2
ATV-3125R
ATV-3125XR8-U/US

You would think that they would be in the section titled "Exploded Diagrams" but no, those show parts and their numbers.

Yesterday I welded the frame back together, and welded the muffler back on. Adjusted the idle mix, took the front rakes apart. Pivot points looked like they were never greased from the factory. Works way better now. I checked the output of the charging circuit, and with some reving, showed 13.2 volts back to the battery. I was hoping for 13.5+volts, but it is charging. But seems to go back to battery when holding rpms. Not idle , above idle. Is this normal? Or is the voltage regulator sensing the battery doesn't need any more?
I totally expected the vr to be dead. Pleasant surprise.
I also checked the head light circuit and only works on high. The other circuit shows a couple volts. Is that for a small driving, parking light? The original smashed headlight had small bulb in it, so that's what I assume.

I figured out the start button. For some reason I thought the out of the button had to be grounded. Over a few errr.....refreshments, it hit me. The in is powered, the out of the button is powered to the starter solenoid. Duh. Wrapping up electrical now.
Tail. Between legs.
