Progress! Finally! Rocketa rehab

So i got my 27.5 pilot for my vm26 on my 200cc ohc.
Im at sea level, i have the needle at at the 4th notch. 110 main. Mix is somewhere around 2 turns out.
It now idles steady without choke, im guessing 900rpm. I don’t have a tach rode it through the gears , the clutch is slipping abit, but hey! Huge step getting it to run right Ive tried to post a vid before, but it wont err...take? Idk. It started first kick after i talked to the neighbors for five minutes. Thanks for all the help given here.
On to the next step. New clutch. Its a 163 ohc. Anyone have a direct link?

Any pic? big/ small hole | regular/ oversize | 4/5/6 bolts ... as https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=39837275401 said
Most of time change fraction (wear limit: 2.6mm) ONLY will get the job done http://www.mychinamoto.com/forums/showthread.php?6812

Glad to see you got it running. As far as the clutch, you will need to pull the cover to see what you have and take some dimensions. More than likely it is a 6 bolt clutch with 6 friction disk. You can find them on Ebay. Just search CG or CB 200cc clutch. You should be able to just replace the friction plates.

Have you changed the oil? If the PO used oil that isn't compatible with wet clutches, you might get lucky with 15W40.

Woot! It started third kick cold full choke. After warm up on half choke. It settled into a smooth low idle, no choke . Romped around the area for a bit, idle was a bit low after, so I upped it a smidge. Even with a slipping clutch I could feel the front get light. I'm not after wheelies or stunts, but if it can, yeah!

Angus, it's time that you showed us the other bikes in your stable. Please consider starting a thread on that.
