What manufactory made 200cc watercooled enginecode HS163ML?

I find same product this site https://atv4usa.com/copy-of-crankshaft-200cc-engine/

But the never answer my post.

Where i find head casket.

Less than $300 !!?? I've never heard of any liquid cooled 4 stroke engines below 250cc. Cool!
That oval-shaped side cover looks like the 223cc pushrod engine from Lifan.

Lifan DOES make an engine that looks identical (Lifan Thailand?)

Looking up the engine code says that it's a Hensim, manufactured by the Chongqing Hengsheng Group Co., Ltd.
