xingyue... registration!

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, but sounds pretty informative. I have a 2007 Xingyue Eagle 150cc. I purchased this from ebay over a year ago and have just not gotten to getting it registered the only thing is there was apparently no bill of sale/title sent with the bike and is now impossible to register. Is there anyone I can call or contact to get a bill of sale? Thanks, I really appreciate any help. J.Shank

Depending on what state you're in (assuming the US), you can get a bonded title--in Arizona, there are agencies who bond the title for a bike, for vehicles that don't have titles. This guarantees to the state that no one else can claim ownership. I think it costs about 10% of the value of a vehicle. I am sure other states have similar laws, otherwise you might not get to legally register it.

Is the seller still on ebay? Can you maybe get in touch with them to have them send you it? Was it a private sale, or a "dealer" on ebay?
