I got the new cover today and starting undercoating the frame. I think it will look good and I can easily touch it up.

I can't find a 3/8 bit to drill out the engine mounting holes for the stock bolts so I will have to go down to the store tonight.

Also I am goind to have to make a lower rear mount for the engine. I may have it running next week.

Drill the holes to 7/16" and got some new bolts, but I mismeasured and will have to go back and get longer bolts.

Went ahead and ordered the custom lower motor mount so that I could put the lifan into the ct90 frame. The price was good enough not to mess with making my own. I needed other parts too so did so one stop shopping.

When those come I should be able to make it into a runner.

The undercoating doesn't seem to be holding well. I may have to strip it and start over on that. Maybe I bought to cheap of stuff.

I have a second frame if anyone is considering one of these projects.

Not yet. UPS claim in process. They were suppose to contact the sender next and then I guess get back to me.

I got a new cover already and that is ready to go.

I just want the cost to replace the cover. Not a big deal.

ImEasy. The intake didn't fit. Wrong angle. Carb hit the frame.

I found a longer one that angles to the right. Have it coming.

Sold most of the stock engine parts and made all my money back plus some that I gave for both bikes.

Got my box for DRatv with the conversion mounts.

Bought a couple of new bolts. When the intake gets here I should be able to make it run.

I think I am going to give this bike to my Dad.

Darn, that's a bummer. Add it to your scrap metal pile...

I am going to put it in the forsale section for next to free if someone can use it.

The exhaust looks to be a winner though.

Didn't get a chance to work on it yet.

I got the engine bolt in place and the lower motor mount in place.

The new intake came today and it still didn't angle enough. I clearanced the frame with a hammer and got it to fit.

I guess next step is to see if I can get it to fire up.

I got a seat. Need to add some foam and make a new cover for it.

CTs are getting parted out. I think I am going to try to put the 125cc engine into my nice clean dr250 frame.
