Hello all. The timing was apparently 180 degrees backwards. And it still ran somehow. We switched it back and now it runs great😂. Thank you all for your help. I don’t know how my step dad messed that up like 10 times.

It’s fixed!!

We switched the timing 180 degrees around and it runs great. I can’t believe we did that
