Check the keyswitch. It may not be working. My buggy will continue to run with the switch off, but does not charge the battery or run the lights unless the switch is on. You have to use the kill switch to shut it off.

Welcome!

Is there any voltage to the primary side of the solenoid when you hit the starter button? Remove the small wires from the solenoid, connect a test light or meter to the wires, turn on the key, activate the brakes and hit the starter switch. Any sign of power there?

On 125 manual nott starting and no lights.I would check fuse first.
On 125D mine would not climb any incline at all with me on it im (350LBS) it had 14 tooth front sprocket from factory so I put on 12 tooth sprocket on and its different night and day difference.

We did a 12 tooth front and 42 tooth rear sprocket. Sweet!

Where did you guys get your sprockets from and what style are they? I have 2 of these machines for my boys and they wont climb any hills at all, otherwise they run great and have been pretty much problem free. I would like to get a set of sprockets and start there. Is it possible to convert from the F-N-R transmission to a semi-auto?

Stick with front sprocket changes; much easier and cheaper.

Remove the front sprocket and measure it, and we'll guide you from there.

The fastest and easiest way to convert to semi-auto is with a new motor.

This one worked like a charm on my T125. Can't guarantee it'll work on yours.

If it were me I'd order the 420 sprocket just to be safe because alot of these come with a 420 chain. And even if it's a 428 chain the 420 sprocket will work. I bought a 10 and 11 tooth for my niece's 125.
