Looking for a 200cc Lifanoid engine

I have a Lifan 200cc engine. It is the counterbalanced version, its not in the best of shape though, pretty sure you could get it running, however; PM me.

I'm sorta looking for a running motor as my time to tinker is limited. I was hoping for a drop in replacement. What's going on with yours and how much would you like for it?
