Coincidentally, AtomicWedgie and I pounded the bushings out of his quad yesterday, and they were quite difficult to remove. We ended up using a half hacksaw to cut through the bushing, to relieve tension.

The Yamaha bushing is 307-22123-00. You need two.

BTW, the bushings are in the frame, not the swingarm.
