Two new 125cc Gio Bikes!

***Nov-10-2010 - Update see my post below with picture

Hi,

I'm starting a new thread as the other one got distracted with my car talk

So the freight company called me Monday Nov8th and they scheduled my delivery for tomorrow morning Nov9th!! I can't wait to assemble the bikes and try them out before winter.

I will try to document the assembly, tune and test/review.

Thank you
Alex

Nope. We're pretty stingy on that issue here.

I confess. It was me who got all excited about Alex's Camaro.

Looking forward to 125 pics (and more Camaro pics).

The Christmas music is starting to play on the radio. I was listening to " All I want for Christmas"

Driving in my truck thinking all I want is a new muffler.

Here are the pictures!!

This morning when the freight company came to our business:
Packaging seems pretty good.

The metal wire that they used to tie the bike to the metal frame damaged the paint on the bike frame. But not that bad.

This is the second box that contain the wheel, rear shock, kickstarter, shifter, pegs, bikestand, stickers, instructions.

The rear shocks is installed, note that I used the shipping metal frame to hold the bike. The front fork is bolted to the frame to hold it steady.

The front wheel is installed, and now i'm using a big paint bucket as a stand.

Handle bar installed.

Gas tank installed but the seat and fairing were just set on the bike for the hell of it, i'm done for the night.

Thanks for the Camaro shots.

You're going to have a blast with that bike. If you search the Pit Bike forum, you'll find a few of the mods I did to my son's bike, including the Two Brothers chain slider. Let me know if you need help finding the threads.

What fun! Thanks for taking the pictures. I have also used the shipping frame as an assembly stand, putting the front wheel on last.

You's is the first CB I've heard of that came with instructions. Were they for the bike or a gasoline powered Chinese rice picker? :P

Thank's for taking the time to take pictures.

Was it cheaper shipped to your business? Wheres bike #2?

The instruction aren't too bad but they are still in "Engrish"
Having the bike shipped to my business I didnt have to pay for the "tailgate service fee" of 49$
And for Bike #2, I'm taking my time to build #1, and if you look closely the box is in front of the Camaro under the wheel boxes.

Great pics and nice work. I was going to remark how clean they were in the first picture and that you needed to take them out and get them dirty. I assume you have a good ride?

We had a good ride other than the fact that the orange one doesnt kickstart anymore...

I was suprised at the "punch" those little bike have.

But I see that I definetly need to upgrade the tires
