spare coil, CDI and plug is always handy and wont break the bank.

Another possibility is fuel contamination.

If the bike was running fine on the current jets...then it starts playing up, its unlikely the current jet sizes are the issue.
+1 on the CDI, get at least 2 of them, quality is hit or miss
