New carburetor

I purchased a new carb on e bay. All the connections are the same size except where the throttle cable goes in. I will attach some photos. I think I am supposed to remove that clamp on side the new carb. Just not sure.

Thanks

You should be able to get that entire black piece out of the new carb with your finger or gravity it will have the needle and everything else needed for the new carb.

Take the cable out the old one and move the cable over to the new parts

throttle cable

check youtube on how to do this... make sure you line up the lining notch so it slides in all the way... otherwise it will rev sky high...

and for pete's sake, don't touch that needle!! one ding and it won't run right. I have found that when my vacuum fuel pump goes out on my 300 that the unit won't idle at all. but will start and run.
