Repair options?

Hello

I have a 125 and the lower frame has separated were the welds are from my son hitting a stump. What kind of welder do I need to reweld the frame?

I also have a 110 and the rear bearing are starting to squeak. How had is it to change the bearing?

What is the frame made of ?
Wheel bearings are pretty easy in most cases .
