Identifying this engine/specs

Hello there, I currently have a zs200 but is starting to have a lot of false neutrals but have a chance to buy the 250cc engine in the bike in the picture,

I'm wondering if anyone knows what engine this is as it is new tool me but I think it has the same engine mounts (sorry if this has been asked a 1000 times)

And if anyone knows the stroke, compression ratio, valve sizes etc?

Any info would be of great help, thanks.
