I'm glad things worked out well in the end.

Excellent! Have you gone for a victory cruise yet?

We are sorry for the delay / Motobuys

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced in respect to the delay in getting your MSO.

At Motobuys,, we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet your—or our own—expectations. Upon thorough review of the situation, we narrowed the cause to a factory delay in getting us the paperwork you requested.

As a testament to our goal to strive for perfection, we have taken steps to ensure that this will never happen again by installing new back-up systems to monitor MSO paperwork.

We deeply value your relationship with us and are committed to providing you with the highest level of service simply because our customers deserve the very best. If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with us at sales@motobuys.com

We are happy to hear your MSO arrived and you are enjoying your bike.

Yours in service,

Bill / Motobuys

It is good to see they at least acknowledge there was an issue and
have taken steps to correct the issue for future buyers.

The sad thing is, now that I have my license and insurance on the bike,
I am now neck deep in 2 home renovations, plus have to work my normal
day job, so no time to ride for the next several weeks since I have to
constantly me in my truck hauling tools & stuff.
Oh well, there is always Sunday afternoons I guess. (My only day off)

I have not yet taken my victory cruse. Weather and working 12+ hours
a day for the last 18 of 20 days trying to get these houses ready for resale
is about to drive me into an early grave. I have a greater chance of
dying from a heart attack than a bike wreck atm!

WILL ride soon!

My MCO came with the bike. It was on top of the seat under the plastic. It was blank and I had to mail it back to them to have it filled out. I just mailed it today. I sent a note with it telling them I needed it back ASAP. Here in MO for every 30 days from purchase date you are late on titling there is a $25 fee.

Well, on one hand, it is good they are now sending a blank MCO with the bikes. However, on the other hand, why cant they just fill them out and send them, ready to take to the DMV??? MANY other companies do it. ( County line imports, for one)
Just still seems quite odd to me is all. An unnecessary step.
Looking at the 300cc trikes (again) for the wife (again) who says
she is willing to go get a mc license so she can ride along side me. Been looking hard at the Ice Bear cruiser trike. Just cant bring myself to hit enter on an order from them. County line imports is nearly $400 higher, but the MCO comes, signed, WITH the bike!

I agree; the dealer ought to complete the MCO before they ship the bike out.

X2; thanks for the update. I'm glad you got your MCO just in time to prevent late fees for registration. However, I do think the signed MCO should have been delivered with the bike.
