X-Pro Hawk 125cc cracked frame

We’ve had this bike right at a month, and a motor mount broke, and the frame cracked. Anyone had similar issues? Should I just try to get a refund from the seller and Amazon, or a replacement? Not sure about trusting another one?

Whoa... That's pretty severe, how high did you jump it? I've never seen carnage like that.

My son was about a ft off the ground on a 6ft jump. I’m not for sure what happened. It was his 3rd or 4th jump. He wasn’t doing anything crazy. MotoPro on Amazon took it back for a refund. Found a TaoTao 140 that’s a little beefier. Will see how that goes.
