Mississippi registration need help.

Im from monroe county MS and i went yesterday to register my bike.They found it as a dirtbike and said no at first, then they called jackson were a supervisor said its a dirtbike you can register it even though the mco says motorcycle and that the bike conforms to all national highway safety regulations i need some help from some guys who have done it and can show me what these idiots are not seeing here my insurance company registered it as a motorcycle just fine idk why if it has all the correct info they cant just enter it in the system. I need some please.
