YouTube stuck bearing or similar search until you find what you need. Should be lots of videos.

Have you tried a long punch applied from the opposite side of the stuck bearing? If the other bearing and center collar are removed, you can tap on the outer race of the stuck bearing, alternating hits 180° to tap it out evenly.

My method for stuck wheel bearings. MAP or Propane torch to the hub. Make sure to not hold it in one spot, but move it around the hub on the side the bearing needs to come out of and warm it up. Don't need to heat the crap out of it, just get it warm. Then a hammer and a drift/punch long enough to go through from the other side and it the back side of the inner race side to side. You need to alternate where you strike the bearing to ensure that you drive it out straight. Hit too much on one side and it will cockeye the outer race of the bearing in the hub and stick. Just be patient and methodical and it will come out.

I had to remove a ball joint from my dump truck. My heat was acetylene and my hammer was a sledge.

There are easy ways to get a ball bearing out, and there is an even easier way. Be gentle doing this, or you will damage the machined part of the hub the bearing is mounted in. I use a bronze flat faced drift, and tap the bearing through the other bearing. Tap the outer circumferance of the bearing that is to come out, first one side than the other. Go slow, and check the other side to see that it is coming straight out. Not cocked. The even easier way is to play a little heat around the outside of where the bearing is, and just push it out..,ARH

you could try a clutch pilot bearing remover (if any of the methods already mentioned don't work for some reason).
