bashan bs150-3 broken exhaust stud

hello i drive a bashan bs150-3 year 2007. my mechanic drilled out a broken exhaust stud and drilled into exhaust port. Now im here asking your help what to do or if i can buy a new cylinder head and ig i van where becouse i havent found a place that sells them.

The head is cast, if the hole is in the port and not in the cylinder its an easy enough job for a welder to fill in the hole with welded metal rod. Common job to build up metal accidentally machined off for machine shops who then take it and re-machine it the way it should have been.

If filled in properly, no voids you could even re-drill and tap holes for the bolts etc.
