Are you looking for relatively new Chinese or older Japanese?

gio auction

420. if you win the auction, you pay the bid price plus shipping plus auction fee. auction fee is either a minimum of ??? or 5% of final bid price.
definitely check the web site for detail especially shipping. the gio are being shipped out of Vancouver, British Columbia.
with $1200 i would consider an older Jap like someone already suggested xr200 or ??. if you are firm on Chinese, look at a Konker/Pister Pro(higher end). I think i have seen then in your range.

From Gio's FAQ on their website

"Go to our International Orders page to find out about our international shipping rates. Please note that we cannot ship ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, scooters, dune buggies to anywhere in the world except for Canada. Parts and accessories are shipped world wide."
