Swingarm bushing hole too big

I can see by pushing down on the bike and see the swingarm move up and down ~3mm that the swingarm bushing hole is a lot bigger than the bolt. Would reducing this tolerance improve vibration? I'm wondering if it's worth my time to try and find a bigger diameter bolt.

I cant imagine a vibration improvement but I would think some stability and overall strength would improve.

That is were my lifan suffered. My holes were actually worn out causing the chain to bind up.

I am wondering if using a a bushing there would help.

Harbor Freight sells a bronze bushing kit. About 6 or 7 bushings in the box, and you might be able to utilize something like that. I think the cost is only about $6. They would give you the ability to go from about 3/8s to up to 7/8s of an inch.
