Weird sound at 5000rpm

I have a sound coming from I believe the engine. It sounds like a light rattling sound. The video posted below. I have a 2022 brozz 250 with only 800 miles. It is like a light hissing sound at around 5000 rpm and stop when I get over it. I revved in the video below. Click the link. Does anyone know what this sound could be?

Hey guys, here is the video he's trying to upload.

It almost kind of sounds like a loose washer vibrating.

to me that doesn't sound like anything to worry about as the bike brakes in sounds change and I think that is all that is
it could be that the valves need to be adjusted ( easier to hear at idle) but I doubt it
.....
ride it till it quits.... then you can tell real easy what's wrong by finding the part that failed ! HAHAHAHAHAH
.....
