Doh! OIL drain cap Zong zs200

Good day my friends,
After trying to change the oil on my zong, i over tighten the oil drain cap, with the result to crack it. Is missing drops of oil but i want to ask if the yamaha tw 200 is the same screw? to replace it.

Also some interested info about the zong zs200 gy for oils, please i inform you that by mistake i was running the motorcycle with 1 liter of oil for 2 years, after every change of oil. On the side of the right cover is writing 1.3 liters, so do not get stressed when you put some less oil, zong will keep on going!

Hi geo99rge,

I believe the TW200 drain plug is the same.

One litre of oil is ok, but it is best to use the window on the clutch cover for oil level.

I know but i do not have oil level, is broken, and now i have to take oil out to measure! I glued the oil level with some glue for metals!

The drain plug is more important, thanks for the answer

Any of the following oil drain plugs will fit the Zongshen 200GY-2 perfectly.

Yamaha TW200
Yamaha XT200
Yamaha XT225
Yamaha TT-R225
Yamaha TT-R230

You can replace your broken, oil sight glass with the equivalent, Yamaha part #3Y1-15361-00-00. You could also purchase a new, right crankcase cover for your Zong from Taobao.
