A Gold Wing Ride to Mt. Rainier
Another BEAUTIFUL day in the Pacific Northwest.
Linda and I made the most of it with a ride on the Gold Wing. 315 miles of beautiful riding. Some through the desert and some in the Cascade Mountains above the snow line. Temps ranged from 86 to 56 at altitude. We even had a snowball fight. I feel bad for those of you in the heat. Hopefully these pics make you feel cooler. The roads were beautiful. So was Miss Linda. Lots of cops out though. The Beltronics radar detector performed great. 8) The Gold Wing, Ron and his Harley, and Miss Linda. I climbed up a snowback to have the high ground advantage while I pummeled them with snowballs. No hits of course, I throw like a girl. Linda, the Wing, and the 2nd highest mountain in the Lower 48. It's only a few feet lower than Mt. Whitney, and Rainier is still GROWING. :P Bill and Ron. The beautiful Miss Linda, with the Gold Wing on Chinook Pass. FastDoc and Miss Linda on the Nachez River. Hope you all enjoyed the pictures!

Great shots Doc. Rainier is amazing.
I'm curious if Linda is wearing a Fossil on her wrist.

In this particular case Linda and I are almost exactly the same age. With Miss Megan the age difference was substantial... I'm curious if Linda is wearing a Fossil on her wrist. Were you a detective in a previous life? I think you're right! This coming weekend we're heading for Salem, Oregon and up the coast to Olympic National Park, Washington. Pics available on request. 8)

I knew I would be safe posting it. He may look like a fossil, but doesn't act it.

Brother Bill is younger, and far more handsome than I. For these reasons I never post photographs of myself on these forums.

"Never" is a long time. Photos of Spud are not without precedent.

I believe that Spud is always hiding in a helmet too. As far as we know he never takes it off.
