Hawk Grabbing/Grinding

Last week, I took my hawk 250 to a local sports shop. I had them put on new Shinkos 244, and a new DID HD chain 428/130 links.

I've noticed a grinding vibration whenever i am decelerating in gear, but goes away as soon as I pull in the clutch. I also noticed when I have the throttle wide open, going about 62, it feels like something is grabbing, similar to the engine burping.

Any advise?

I would check the chain first... make there is no binding links, make sure the rear wheel is in alignment, make sure the chain slack is in spec and it is lubed

Checked wheel, chain. less than 100 miles on new chain. still lubricated pretty good.
Grinding feeling goes away when i pull in clutch, so im assuming its something to do with either the clutch, engine, or transmission box.

deceleration in gear will put all the chain slack on top, it is when your chain is most likely to make contact with the tire. If that's the case, you should try what I did, #40:
