DFE = "Assembler" in Jiangsu... These "3rd tier" often don't follow ANY rule (lowest priced parts supplier...) straightly. Ref to pdf(s) of Qingqi 200 (wired in Honda color code mostly) / Suzuki EN125... Divide it to main function [E-start / IGN / Charging & light(s) / Singal(s) Example: http://do.ejdz.cn:8087/%E6%91%A9%E6%...3%E5%9B%BE.gif ] by brain 1st will save ur valuable time... --- EN125 materials in English (Found via some strange Japanese page...  that i can guess by kanji & katakana <ie. chinese & romanized foreign words> ONLY.
