sylvester road (up into the mountains)
yesterday we decided to take the atv's into the mountains
lots of fsr riding but tons of off shoots to explore.... and we did this is at the top of a trail that deadended ...you are looking down on stave lake from the east side here headding back down one of the trails this one was pretty overgrown and had not seen a vehicle in a wile found an old honda i am thinking....just the frame and front forks weld if you want this i know where it is  and just beyond it was this (been there for a wile) truck cab that 150cc atv of the wife's amazed us again ....some of the off shoots we went up were fairly technical and I had to hammer on mine in 1st to get up and over some of the obsticals and I would stop at flat areas to wait for the wife and here she comes climbing and crawling all the way up. we were both surprised that it can do what we demand from it and then some.

Wow, an old CT110! Doesn't look like there's anything left of it. Glad to hear that the new sprocket on Kelly's quad lets it climb. What kind of truck cab was it?

I don't think that is a ct frame. It is a C110. 1960s. It may be worth hauling out next time.

You're right. It's stamped. I wonder if it uses trailing link forks, kinda like a springer. Midlife, drag it out of the bush!

It does use a trailing link type front suspension. This one common on the early horizontal type hondas. A china clone won't be a direct bolt in as I think it uses the 90cc bolt pattern. Nothing a welder can't fix.

Midlife, I love checking out all your ride reports on here, I am keeping a mental list of all the spots to check out when my whole family has quads to go riding. Keep up the great work

GOT IT!
went up today and grabbed the c110 frame and forks (pics to come) dropped it off on the trailer and went back out to find a mud hole that someone on another site had posted about .....found it after 1 hr of riding as well as the little side trails (bypass routes) but did not have the camera with us this time but we want to go back and do some action shots.
