No, it's in LA near Glendora. There are still a few nice spots around LA.

I knew it. Mt. Baldy Village does have certain taste to it. The ride to there through East Fork was really really nice.

Well, I'm planning on a trip from LA to SD via PCH. I'm thinking about cross the border. Now now, I'm a good Christian so I'll only be having tacos (not that kind) and discretion will be taken on the choosing of background scenery. The only thing is the long line on the way back. I really don't want to wait in that kind of line just to snap some photos. I'm wondering if anyone has shared a lane at the border crossing? How do I be more bluntly about this? Has anyone cut the line with a bike before?

What I want to know is how you got a Roketa Hondanoid street-plated here in the PRK! 8O

Ah, that's an excellent question and the answer is I do not know. I paid $1,300-1,400 for this used utilitarian clone. I've seen brand new ones sold for less, so I bought it for the plate. I don't want to take any chances with DMV in DPRK, include brand new Qlink. All that just to be a Chinarider.

My luck with the "government" has never been very good. I've never gotten away with anything and I'm always wrong even when I'm right. When it comes to gov, forgive and forget goes one way. Wait, are you one of those liberals?

Est. 4 gal. petro for LA-SD round trip, with plenty of points to snap some photos along the way...on my little utilitarian.

Nope....small red fish in a massive blue pond.
My CB Guy has a Hondanoid plated for the PRK. He said that it was Nevada registered and then, after 2 years, he could plate it here.
Does that mean if you move here from out of state with one, you can register it? I don't know......

Good to hear. Yeah, I heard something about bikes from other states must have 7,500 miles or something. 7,500 miles is a lot on motorcycles. I'm definitely keeping the frame, if you know what I mean. I hope to take this trip soon.

This thread started out as a ride report on a QLink XF200, in Pennsylvania! I'm getting confused. 8O If you have time, Roketa, please start a new thread for your ride reports. We always enjoy seeing your photos.
