Added a new to me PickUp truck today

Since spring and the whole idea of Spring cleaning ,just getting rid of junk buildup (mainly my basement ) if it is no longer use that's where it goes and stays . So I have wanted to reclaim the cluttered space . I started off looking for something dirt cheap for this task . I soon found you can not get anything you could stand to look at on a regular bases and didn't have 200+ thousand miles on it . Finally found something that caught my eye , not dirt cheap . about a 1/3 of the price of something new in a half ton , with extended cab for the grandchildren when needed . 4X4 last winter was terrible here . 2001 Silverado . styling by Kustom Kreations .

Very sharp looking stepside.

I have a '99 Sierra, which is the same body style. If there's anything you need to know about the truck, just check out www.silveradosierra.com. As well, I bought the three volume shop manuals online for cheap, and I could rebuild the truck with those manuals.

Do you plan to tow with it? If so, you'll be pleased to learn that there is a connector under the dash that is designed for a brake controller. So easy.

Thanks for the comments . It is far from my first idea of needing spring cleaning . I think I can enjoy this far beyond basic task . Hopefully I will not miss another good deal, due to lack of a way to go get it
