Yes cheesy, we require you to work until you go face down into your soup bowl. We need the regular drama updates.

Another discussion I had with the new guy is "Field Service Meals" or "Where The Fcuk To Eat". We're looking for dinner Tuesday night and he says "He doesn't eat at chain restaurants." Oh sonny, you have a lot to learn.

He didn't like the look of a Mexican place, so we didn't eat there. I drove for another half hour in Seattle traffic and he settled on a BBQ joint. It was okay. I've had better and cheaper.

We had to get a late dinner one night. "We're going to Denny's, whether you like it or not."

"I've never been to a Denny's." Yer in for a treat, kid.

We pull into a La Quinta parking lot and I tell him 'La Quinta' is Spanish for 'Next to Denny's". He tells me it isn't. Whoosh! Over his head.

I get my usual, the French Toast Slam. He orders the T-bone Dinner. He liked it. Turns out he's like the health nut in our gang and expensive to feed. We ended up at Denny's twice more.

Anyway, I told him he needed to set his sights lower on meals. There will be times when he's going to be at a shitty motel, in a shitty small town, in the middle of nowhere, and the gas station is the only place that takes a credit card. Gas station food.

I've had my fill and then some of Gas Station Food... Luckily, the fill never lasts long, and usually leaves the chat at a high rate of speed.

Lol. I guess the Denny's next to La Quinta is everywhere. We have that same setup here in Savannah.

I always thought you had to take a Fifth with you when staying at La Quinta. I stayed at one Friday, no Denny's.

Whew! Dodged a bullet over the weekend. Management wanted me in Mexico this week because of an issue with a tie beam attachment on a 360. Turned out the problem wasn't with the tie beam, it was in the seat and I didn't have to go.

Jeez, I must be really fed up with these things. I had to go back almost seven years to find a pic. The big thing on the right.
