Weldandgrind..... I don't know about reverse, but I will research it. I assume this is some kind of electric switching, and then some of the mechanical movement is required by some mechanical pressure. I do have to shift a lever manually, but it seems like I am not moving gears in the physical shift. I realize that does not seem to make complete sense!
