Mine rattles more when the clutch is released while sitting also....but like madsocial, so does our Victory's, just not near as much. These little 250 motors are almost as mechanically noisy as my old Shovelhead. I think it's the plastic cases. They don't seem to hide much clatter and chatter.

Mine also rattles more with the clutch out. Unless it gets worse, 2 yrs unlimited mile warranty, thats one of the reasons i bought it.
