Mad Keeping TxPowerSports honest

Txpowersports sent me an MCO that doesn't match my bike. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until the visual VIN inspection during the registration at the DMV.

The DMV workers advised me not to send the wrong MCO back until I got the correct one. The person I talked to at TXPS wouldn't agree to this - I had to send the bad one back first, then they'll send me the correct one either the day they receive it or the day after.

I mailed the bad MCO about half an hour ago. Keeping my fingers crossed...

Sorry to hear about your troubles, I too had my share of problems with "Manny" and one of his 'many' companies (360PowerSports is his too).

Welcome to the forum, what bike did you get?

Oh... most of us work for "Likes" and "Pictures" around here so post up some pics of what you got if you get a chance

I have a TaoTao Quantum 150. I'll post pics and a review once everything is settled.

i can see txpowersports need to have it back cause if you kept it you could stamp the bad vin numbers on a homemade frame or whatnot. not that you would but you see why they would not want one floating around out there.

It arrived pretty quickly compared to the last place I ordered a scooter from. I want to say it was 2-3 days after I got the bike.
