TBR7 fork brace

Wow, seriously guys this is an awesome mod to do. The front end was always kind of squirrelly when you grabbed a hand full of front brakes. Now you just get even fork dive and no wobbling.
The brace is the standard cheap mild steel Harley wide glide with it reformed to fit between the forks and the holes pattern drilled to match the TBR forks.
Does anyone else have slightly spongy front brakes despite having bled the system? Is it the hoses flexing?

Now you know why us Hawk guys like the fork brace so much! Completely transforms the bikes front end feel.

As far as the spongy front brake, you might still have air trapped in the system despite the bleeding. It can be hard to clear air from a long vertical hose like these bikes have. One trick you can try to do is leave it parked for a few hours with the brake lever zip tied back about half way and the master cylinder as the highest point possible. The added pressure on the system will compress any existing air and make it easier for it to travel up, and with the brake depressed it opens up the port to allow air to escape into the master reservoir. Let it sit for a couple of hours, tap the lines and fittings with a stick/wrench/etc, let it sit a bit more, repeat. See if that helps. I do this trick and will often leave the bike overnight, several hours, and it can make a difference. Once you release the brake, lightly cycle the lever a few times to work any trapped air still at the top of the line into the reservoir and then see if it firmed up at all.
