Would this fit the storm 250 as well? I just got a slip on but for $60 more I could have just gotten something like this

That is not a cat in the head pipe, that is an expansion chamber to smooth the exhaust pulses to make it flow better

Yes, It's been proven to work on the Hawk the Brozz and the Storm, you need to modify the mounting flange. Either drill it out (hardened steel), or use a grinder and slot the mount holes (easier) to fit a larger bolt pattern on all three of the bikes.
