It has been since last winter that we last rode the razor. I aired up the tires stole the battery from the dead lawnmower and it started up, but no go. I believe the carb is in need of a cleaning. That will have to wait until next week. I did blow out the jets, but I think there is still some blockage. Bowl was pretty clean.

I believe that I will be ordering a new carb. Cleaned it good, but I think the diaphragm is bad.

Get that replaced along with a new NGK and an oil change. Then have the tires sealed at the shop.

Carbs aren't expensive, but diaphragms are even less. Have you considered buying one?

When you find a GY6 carb for $20, please share the link.

I am waiting for my travel reimbursement check to deposit and then I will get one coming. Bought a new sparkplug locally and I have been working on the trails. This year I want to get the tires sealed so that I don't have to air them up everyday.

I ended up using tubes in my quad for that very reason.

I found one of these buggies a couple days ago.It was buried in a field under a brush pile, slated to be burned when we get our next rain, which is later this week or weekend.I so want to go try and rescue it,but my trailer is out of service with cracked wheels.Rust crept in to the welds from behind and caused them to crack. It has set for a few years under a tree.I pulled the wheels off to get tires put on and found the cracks. They are the cheap chinese wheels from Harbor Freight. They lasted 10 years at least.

Carb should be here today. Not sure if we will have time to install it.

New carb installed. Runs great again. I also installed another racing harness on the passenger seat and got rid of the original seatbelts.
