New starter for OHC Zongshen engine, Titan DLX XB88-250

I have a brand new starter, black for Titan DLX. You can see it on the PSM/XPro motopartsmax websites.
Part number on the sticker (original ziplock over bubblewrap packaging) is 315-999013

If you google the part number or the Titan model number XB88-250 starter, you will find their part. PSM sells these for $50, free shipping. Their parts website motopartsmax lists the same starter for $37 plus $9 shipping.

The starter has the 53mm mounting hole spacing (two bolts). I want $30, and will ship for free. I am in the Kansas City area. You can pick it up at my place for $20.
