125 CC Taotao atv

My name is orville and thanks for having me in your group. I have a 125cc Taotao atv that i am replacing the intake and exhaust valves in and i received the new valves but they are a larger diameter than the ones i took out. After some checking and measuring of the old valves they match up with the 70 to 110 cc valve sizes. The atv was bought new as a 125cc and has the 125 emblems on the gas tank. Has anyone ever ran across this before ? Also does anyone know the correct valve lash settings for intake and exhaust ?
