That should work. Does it have the seller on it? You could also just have a friend make up a bill of sale for you.

Just the sales tax on the bike.
From what I have read you should get a response back in about a week and a half.

I would be expecting something any day now. Have they cashed the check? From what I have read that is a good indicator that they accepted your application.
