Fork Oil

How much is in there? Any recommendations as to oil brand/type? I saw somewhere that someone went 20 over for some extra stiffness...is this ill advised on these bikes?

I used 200ml of some valvoline maxlife automatic transmission fluid. Im 155 lbs and it works pretty good.

The ATF works better than stock. I am still going to put some spacers on top of the spring to increase spring rate though. I am 235 and its a little squishy
