The 240 is a 4cylinder 2.4l NA. Usually come with a 4 speed. Benefit would be the simplicity and already setup for automotive use.
With the ford I have a pretty good selection of rear end ratios to work with too. This is likely to never happen though. Back to the 2 strokes.
