Pretty simple process, MCO, bill of sale,drivers license and a couple of affidavits supplied by the county. The two affidavits were filled out by the sheriff noting his inspection of the vehicle for proper VIN and road worthiness. Forty five minutes later, a check for a $109, and ihad the plates in hand
