Help with wider stance in rear.

2017 TaoTao Arrow 150

I would like to widen the rear end by four inches, two inches per side. I found spacers that fit, but I really don't want to use them. I'd rather widen the axle. Anyone know where I can find parts like this, or know a stock part from another kart that is wider? Even if it isnt a full four inches and split the difference in offset, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I think the Arrow 150 comes with a 42" long axle. I don't know if you will find anything longer and be an exact fit. Most axles I have seen were 36" to 40" long. I've ran 1 1/2" spacers on a Honda 200X that puts out way more HP than the 150cc engine with no problems. Just make sure they are good quality. I've seen some of the cheap ones sold on ebay studs brake off.

I kinda figured size would be an issue. I was searching for a while and never saw anything bigger.

A 2" per side spacer on a 150cc should be perfectly fine. They are generally solid milled aluminum and so long as the mounting hardware- studs and nuts- are securely tightened and of good grade, you should have zero issues.

Plus a pair of such spacers generally only runs about $50-$60 and you'd be hard pressed to achieve the results you want for less than that, for sure.
