my half-a#$ed internet doesn't let me watch the whole thing, but I have (tried) to watch it before, and saw the gist of it. I think it's funny that they insinuate that they have a factory, and so does Jetmoto, and United Motors, Vento, etc. I think most of the "formally known as importers who are now manufacturers" companies use the same factory who private labels the bikes for them. I think that Shineray has some sort of hand in the operation, but is not the actual manufacturer of record. Since this factory (probably a consortium of manufacturers in and around Chongquing) has no public name that anyone will admit to, then for all intents and purposes, however, they are considered bonafide manufacturers according to their label affixed to the bike.
